Eating right is bigger than exercising. Even if you do not workout or workout seldom, you still can lose weight if you eat right foods in small portions.

It is all about not to put things in to your body that your body doesn't NEED right now.
Eat small portion meals about 400-500cal, 4-5 times a day, spread  then through out the whole day. Do not starve yourself.
