To be reasonable I would suggest start working out 3 times a week. If you eat right you will feel changes in your body. Keeping up with regular workouts will give you more strength and energy. Keeping up with healthy diet will give you better figure and less fat on the body.
The success formula is simple calories IN and calories OUT, so don't forget to keep the balance. Some days I feel that I had to many snacks during the day and did not workout, so I just go kick the ball outside with my 3 year old son. To keep the calorie ins and outs in balance.
