Get a head of broccoli, little bit of bacon (for the flavor ), 3 - 6 eggs, some salt and pepper. You could add chopped onion if you like.
This is my spin on a regular "Eggs and Bacon" breakfast. To make it more wholesome and healthier I add a head of broccoli.
After trying to make this omelet with different vegetables like spinach, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and a few others. I decided that broccoli taste the best, at least to my taste.







Chop bacon and broccoli and let it sizzle in a pan.
Beat the eggs with little bit of salt and pepper.
After bacon and broccoli have sizzled for a little bit and broccoli gets greener, add beaten eggs in to the pan.
Reduce the heat and cook for a few minutes until eggs are done.
You can have some bread with this omelet if you like, but there is a lot off broccoli and it is pretty filling.
