How to lose belly fat? I have no satisfactory answer. There are exercises that target specific muscles but not specific areas of fat. Fat loss could not be targeted to specific area. When you lose weight you lose it everywhere and when you gain fat - you gain it everywhere on the body. For this reason you can't really lose fat from belly, thighs and butt and leave some on breasts and face.
