Circuit training is very efficient way to train. The key is to combine different exercises for different muscle groups and do it with little or no rest in between. For example do 30sec deep jumps then next 30 sec do push ups and next 30sec jump rope. If you need to you can rest for 30 sec and repeat same circuit again and again. Circuit training is very time efficient very intense. With this interval training you get the best of both worlds - you build muscle and because you do it fast with little rest time you are doing cardio as well.
