Boring Fitness Exercises And How To Spice Up Your Workouts
Most of the exercises after a while become boring. A personal trainer could spice it up little bit. Their job is to know how make a regular exercising more interesting and fun.
Not everyone can afford personal trainer, at least not for unlimited workouts.
To bring more interesting exercises to your workout routines browse internet or youtube for home workouts or specific body part exercises and you will find lots of new stuff.
You will find out that some new exercises will work for you and others are less pleasant and your body is not strong enough for them yet.
It is important to have a good resource of different workout routines available to choose. If you workout the same muscles all the time eventually your results will slow down or even stop.
Plateau is an effect or a stage when your fitness results or weight loss results stay flat, do not progress. It might happen to anyone. The most common recommendation is to modify your workout routines and introduce some new exercises, make your muscles train not in the way they are used to. For example if you are used to general fitness training (8-12 rep range) then you can switch to either power training (4-6 rep range) or endurance training (12-20 reps). Another example would be: you go to the gym, hop on a treadmill for 30 min then perform some ab exercises like crunches or leg lifts and you are done and you do the same thing 3 times a week hoping to loose your belly fat. Believe it or not a lot of people get defined abs not spending most of the time doing ab exercises or running. Over all body fitness is the key to lower your body fat. By doing the same exercises every time you train you should expect to hit an exercise plateau.
In general you should know that human body is very smart and as you do the same exercises it finds the most efficient way to complete them with burning the least amount of calories. For this reason you should have at least 8 different workout routines to choose from.
