Best Push Up handles and bars
Push up is very common and versatile exercise in home workout routines. There are many variation of push up, that can train chest muscles, shoulder muscles, triceps and more.
One would think I can do pushups with my bare hands on the floor. Why do I need to waste money on some stupid push up handles, it like buying stuff you do not need. Truth to say I had the same opinion about push up handles or bars whatever you want to call it. I thought this way until I got a wrist injury at work and my wrist felt weak and fragile for a couple of years. I had to be careful when performing push ups and bending my wrists and palms against the floor. To do pushups with my legs elevated was even more difficult because it seamed that it is unnatural for your palms to bend backwards.

After doing more research I found out that it is more natural position for human palm to grasp and hold on to a bar, than to bend palm backwards.

That’s why I have got myself a pair of push up handles. Using handles my hands feel sturdier and it makes it easier to do controlled movements down and up. The quality of push ups is more important over quantity.
