Instead get headphones that stay secure on your ears. I have tried Bluetooth headphones and they were pretty comfortable on my ears and also there are no wires, so you don’t have to worry about pulling on a wire while you are running or jumping. If your phone has Bluetooth stereo connectivity I would recommend this type of headphones for exercising or jogging.

Distractions like worrying if my underwear is showing doing certain exercises, or if you have to keep pulling your shorts up or keep fixing your leggings. When you pick the right workout clothing it makes exercising much easier and more enjoyable, because your outfit stretch together with your body.

You have one thing less to worry about when you have everything right, your ipod stays put your headphones are staying on your ears, and you pants are not slipping down or your tank top is crawling up. You don’t have to worry if you are revealing something inappropriate.

It seams that it all these little things are not important and not worth paying attention, but they all come together and take away valuable time in your workout, you can not give whole 100% to exercise your body instead keep fixing your sock.
