Ten 30sec intervals (jump rope & lunges with kick)

Rest 30 sec

Triceps dip with chairs (do as many as you can I did 14 in first rep) & climber on stability ball (10 on each leg)
Repeat 4 times

Rest 1 min

In push up position 20 jumps from side to side & 5 deep jumps
Repeat 3 times (I couldn't)

Rest 30 sec

In push up position 14 jumps from side to side & 3 deep jumps
Repeat 2 times that's how many times I could and not one more.
