Hi, this is quick home workout. I repeat 3 rep for each exercise. Where you hear the timer, it is set to 10 sec slow and 20 sec intense.
Very simple, very energizing. I do it at 7am in the morning. With this workout you get a jump start for the rest of the day. And you keep burning much more calories as your muscles recover. Just don't forget that protein shake after the workout. Enjoy!
