Here is a quick exercise video about how many different exercises you can do just using your own body weight and a park bench or tall curb.
You can work your chest muscles, triceps muscles, abs. Get your heart rate up with jumps on and of the bench, and exercises your thigh muscles to get closer to that one leg squad. These are not the only exercises you can performs, but these just came to my head while visiting the park with my little workout buddy. Use your imagination and combine any exercises you like, it is easy to build your own workout routine.
