It is not easy, actually it is hard and you have heard that many times. It does not matter how often you workout or don't workout at all, exercising is hard for everyone. Even super athletes can't say it's easy like watching TV.
Working out on regular basis makes it less hard and more fun.
These past two months I have not exercised not a single time. I have got a new job and had to move closer to my new job. I had my plate full during last couple months, there was no time for working out even on weekends.
The first time I went to workout to the park I had my list of circuit exercises and I could only complete 2 out of 6. Almost threw up after loosing my breath. I was completely exhausted. This thought came to my mind- if it is so to hard for to exercise again, then how incredibly difficult it would be for someone who is overweight and haven't been exercising for years.
It is like vicious cycle- you workout and you feel so exhausted and out of breath after first time, that you feel discouraged to try it again.
I can promise only this: - it gets easier as you keep training, even if you do it small steps. But do step forward, progress.
